Ms M V Vidya has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of Siemens Building Technologies Group effective 19th May 2008. She will also be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance Program including the Business Conduct Guidelines in VISTA, which is part of the SBTPL group.
